These Terms govern use of the Capricent platform by childcare centers and their authorized staff. By using Capricent, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Capricent provides software for enrollment management, parent communication, tours, and related operations. Centers are responsible for their own licensing, policies, and parent relationships.

Center responsibilities

• Obtain valid consent before sending SMS to parents.
• Provide accurate center information on public websites and forms.
• Comply with applicable childcare, privacy, and telecommunications laws.

Acceptable use

You may not use Capricent for unsolicited marketing, illegal content, or messaging without proper consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or carrier requirements.
